Sleeve length

Where is the best place to measure your arm to decide if the given sleeve length is correct? I'm assuming it should stop around your underarm?

I got my mother to measure my arm for me. From under the arm to the cuff - since that is the meaurement used in this pattern to determine when to begin the raglan

Thanks Veronica, that's what I needed to remember (I have only done one other raglan sleeve).
