Where is the best place to measure your arm to decide if the given sleeve length is correct? I'm assuming it should stop around your underarm?

When trying to figure out the best fit for a sweater I'm knitting -- I usually measure a sweater I already own that I like the fit of.

That goes for any measurement of a sweater, not just the sleeves.
